The Golden Rule is found in 2 places:

Matthew 7:12
Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

Luke 6:31
And as ye would that men should do to you, do ye also to them likewise.

Jesus is Lord

Deuteronomy 6:9
And thou shalt write them upon the posts of thy house, and on thy gates.

The law is fulfilled by love. If Jesus is Lord of your live, you will have Love.

Galatians 5:14
For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.

Jesus is Lord. If he is your lord, you should obey his commandments. Jesus said, "If you love me, keep my commandments". John 14:15.
